Hi, I’m Jess

I created Regulate + Reconnect from a place of lived experience—and a genuine love of helping people.

After walking away from a toxic relationship and rebuilding my life, I realized healing wasn't just about understanding what happened to me. I could know exactly why I felt the way I did and still find myself stuck in the same patterns, reactions, and survival responses.

The biggest shift came when I started looking beyond simply why I felt the way I did and began paying attention to how my nervous system, daily habits, relationships, movement, routines, and environment were all working together.

I became deeply curious about the science behind why we respond the way we do—and how we can begin creating meaningful change from the inside out. That curiosity eventually led me to study neuropsychology and dive deeper into nervous system regulation, behavior, attachment, relationships, and the connection between the brain and body.

But I'm also a big believer that personal growth doesn't have to become your entire personality.

We can talk about the deep stuff—nervous system regulation, boundaries, relationship patterns, attachment, rebuilding your confidence and learning to trust yourself again.

And we can also talk about the guy who sent you a confusing text, the friendship you're questioning, the routine you can't seem to stick to, what you should wear on your date, or why your living room just doesn't feel like you.

Sometimes you need education.
Sometimes you need practical tools.
Sometimes you need an outside perspective.
And sometimes you simply need someone who will listen without judgment and help you sort through what's in your head.

Regulate + Reconnect was created to turn what I've learned—both personally and through my education—into practical tools and conversations you can actually use in everyday life.

I'm not here to help you become a completely different person.

I'm here to help you understand yourself, recognize your patterns, reconnect with who you are underneath survival mode, and intentionally start building a life that feels like yours again.

I'm still learning, growing, and doing this work right alongside you—and I'm genuinely glad you're here. 🤎
